At the 74th annual Emmy Awards, Issa Rae has already topped all best-dressed lists.The creator of Rap Sh!t and Insecure showed up on the red carpet in style for the biggest night in television. The multihyphenate exuded elegance in a sleek ivory Sergio Hudson dress with intricate black trimming along the bust, waist, and hem. The spaghetti-strap dress also had a classy keyhole cutout on the breast, which gave the otherwise minimalist ensemble some flair.
She accessorized with drop earrings, several diamond rings, and a substantial diamond bracelet.
Rae was nominated for two awards tonight: Outstanding Variety Sketch Series for her work as the executive producer of A Black Lady Sketch Show and Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for her performance in Insecure.
