Her khaki utility dress had a stylish cutout that walked the line between provocative and sober.

VB’s formal designs consistently have a hint of sensuality to them since she specializes in feminine tailoring with a twist. She complemented the hemline’s daring thigh-high split with a pair of towering boots, which have become a new favorite of hers.
