Ambika Mod Stuns in a Timeless yet Cutting-Edge Loewe Outfit at the Met Gala

Ambika graced the MET steps in a very refined Loewe ensemble. The dress? A white silk piece, featured a 3D digital print of Charles James’ 1951 “Petal” ball gown. With a petal-shaped waist detail and flower-like petticoat, showcasing the Spanish house’s trademark trompe-l’oeil technique.

Styled by Farrah [O’Connor], the 3D print dress combines period and modern elements, incorporating a dramatic and poetic Loewe look. And in line with this years theme, the dress subtly acknowledges the gradual deterioration of the garden and the seemingly perpetually intoxicated state of the mansion’s inhabitants.
