Saltburn star Barry Keoghan and pop star girlfriend Sabrina Carpenter officially made the Met Gala red carpet official, wearing a Burberry suit and a floral-inspired Oscar de la Renta gown, respectively, as they arrived at the museum together.
Sabrina Carpenter’s stunning strapless Oscar de la Renta ensemble had velvet body and blue and white satin skirt, inspired by orchid flowers, were simple yet stunning. The dress had an ombré effect and a long, airy train,  drawing inspiration from an orchid. Carpenter wore the dress with diamond earrings, a tennis bracelet, and a necklace, complemented by towering black platform heels. Her blonde hair was styled in a half-up, half-down style, and her glam was reflected in a pink lip, glittery eye makeup, and powder-pink blush.
Keoghan, meanwhile wore a Burberry suit with an olive velvet jacket, black pinstripe wool waistcoat, ruffled silk poplin shirt, and tailored trousers. He paired it with a black wool top hat and black leather oxford boots, combining Savile Row elements with Victorian-era flourishes inspired by Count Axel in JG Ballard’s short story.
Sabrina Carpenter and Keoghan have been dating since September 2023. They were first seen together in December at Givenchy’s Paris show. Their first public appearance was at W magazine’s Grammys after-party in February. In early March, he attended an Academy Awards dinner wearing a friendship bracelet with Carpenter’s name. A month later, Keoghan filmed Carpenter’s performance at Coachella weekend one while standing.
