Since giving birth to her second child, a son, with her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson, Khloé Kardashian has remained silent about her personal life—until now. In a brand-new teaser from the upcoming season of the family’s Hulu series The Kardashians, Kardashian sobs as she discusses the impending birth of her son in the midst of her breakup from Thompson.
“There is something that I’m ready to talk about,” she says in the video. “Tristan and I are having another baby, and it’s supposed to be a really exciting time and it’s just a different experience.” “It’s hard to watch her in pain,” her mom, Kris Jenner, says through tears.
The NBA star had fathered a child with a personal trainer with whom he had an affair, according to rumors that surfaced days before it was announced that Kardashian and Thompson were carrying their second child together through surrogate. Thompson claimed he had changed and wanted to make things work with the co-founder of Good American at the time they were trying to mend fences after several infidelity scandals that had ended their relationship with Kardashian.
“This has been a difficult time in my life, but it’s the start of something positive and happy and beautiful,” Kardashian adds in the clip.
This August saw the birth of Kardashian and Thompson’s kid. Along with son Prince, 5, with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig, and son Theo, 9, with personal trainer Maralee Nichols, the two are also parents to daughter True Thompson, 4, and the basketball player.
