Harry Styles’ Pleasing has launched a collection of three fragrances with Selfridges. The brand, known for its nail polish shades, skincare essentials, body care products, and limited-edition makeup collections, has tapped French perfumer Jérôme Epinette to create the scents. Epinette, known for his unique and creative approach to fragrance creation, is known for his work on Byredo’s “Gypsy Water.” Pleasing’s expansion into the fragrance category is expected to further expand Styles’ brand offerings.
The line is available in Selfridges’ The Corner Store pop-up space and will feature apparel, accessories, and nail care products alongside its new scents, which were previously teased through peel-off samples in e-commerce orders.
Pleasing has released three new scents, “Closeness,” “Rivulets,” and “Bright, Hot,” each designed to evoke warmth. “Bright, Hot” is a woody amber scent with plum and tobacco notes, cedarwood, tonka bean, vanilla, and crisp amber. “Closeness” combines Australian pink pepper extract, cardamom, clean sheets, orris butter, carrot seed, bamboo, salted musk, Indian papyrus, and cashmere woods. “Rivulets” is a fresh, floral amber scent with lemon, black pepper, white linen, poplin blossom, ambroxan, and skin musk.
