Anne Hathaway still resembles her legendary character Andy Sachs nearly twenty years after The Devil Wears Prada initially appeared on cinema screens and into our lives.
The Oscar-winning actress wore an attire befitting of New York Design Week as she turned up for the Michael Kors Collection spring/summer 2023 fashion presentation today.
Erin Walsh, Hathaway’s longtime stylist, dressed her in a chocolate brown trench coat with crocodile embossing that provided huge fall inspiration for the front row. She wore the eye-catching item draped over a brown turtleneck dress, the hem of which fell just beyond her knees. The fall outfit was enhanced even further with a pair of black Louboutin shoes and a coffee-colored handbag.
During an interview with fashion designer Michael Kors for her Interview cover story earlier this year, Hathaway mentioned Andy’s impressive wardrobe. When Kors asked her to pick her favorite appearance from the film, she responded:”I love what I wore to the James [Holt] party, that velvet Chanel coat that went to the knees, and then the miniskirt and the stockings and the slouched boots.”
