If you’ve ever wondered what Selena Gomez new tattoo looked like, you’re in luck as it has finally been revealed. Fans were able to catch a colorful glimpse of it when celebrity tattoo artist Keith Scott “Bang Bang” McCurdy, posted the full color version to Instagram on Tuesday.
“Watercolor on @selenagomez,” he wrote in the caption. “Thank you for always being wonderful.”
The tattoo is a large, soft-dreamy rose without borders blooming at the top of Gomez’s spine, dripping down black and dark red in between her shoulder blades.
Her ombre bob is split down the middle to give the tattoo its full due.
Keith Scott had previously posted a Glimpse of the tattoo but from a much greater distance and it was difficult to make out the full form. The picture was simply captioned, “@selenagomez.”
Though, this is not Selena’s first tattoo – the musical artist got a small cross tattooed across her collarbone sometime in April. McGrudy also shared a short video clip of the tattoo, captioning the post, “We [heart] @selenagomez.”
Gomez total tattoo’s sums up to 16 including the word “Rare,” referencing her most recent album, words in Arabic that mean “love yourself first,” – which mark very important moments in her life.
Her first tattoo was a small music note on her wrist, which she has said is because “music is a big influence” in her life.
