Paul Mescal has become a household name due to his performances, Academy Award nominations, and upcoming role as Stanley Kowalski in Tennessee Williams’s A Streetcar Named Desire. Recently on Jimmy Kimmel Live in New York, the 27-year-old Aftersun star gave an outfit designed by another extraordinary Irish talent: Simone Rocha. The combination included a baby blue and pink striped button-up shirt with iridescent embellishments on the collar – all from Rocha’s debut men’s collection for spring/summer 2023, black smart slacks, and a pair of black leather lace-up boots.
Mescal has previously gushed about wearing Rocha’s designs, including at the 2023 SAG Awards and the Ireland premiere of God’s Creatures. He tells RTÉ “I’m so delighted to get to wear her here at the Irish premiere”, he continued, before laughing “but yeah, my wonderful stylist Felicity Kay sorts me out!”
