In the iconic romantic comedy Pretty Woman, Julia Roberts donned a dramatic dress with cutouts. You recognize it: the blue and white mini with side cutouts and a metal ring in the middle of the torso. Megan Thee Stallion is a fan of the outfit since Hunza G’s creative director, Georgiana Huddart launched a version last summer.
Huddart previously told Vogue that the outfit “The dress is the epitome of having fun.” Megan obviously agrees since she posted an Instagram photo of herself wearing the Hunza G dress with the caption “Hot Girl Summer.” The dress was worn by the artist in an earthy brown color with body jewelry peeking through the stomach cut-outs, but it is also available in electric blue and white, similar to the garment that Julia Roberts wore in the movie.
The ideal summer wardrobe piece is the minidress. Megan’s dress, which is made of Hunza G’s distinctive crinkle seersucker fabric, has the same tortoiseshell ring as the straps of the Domino one-piece, which is a best-seller. The silver hoop on the blue and white Pretty Woman colorway is reminiscent of Roberts’ original design.
