Following the international premiere of “Emily in Paris” in Paris last week, Lily Collins returned to the United States on Monday (December 12), where the promotional tour made another stop.
In her role as the all-American Emily Cooper in the film Emily in Paris, Lily Collins frequently sports outrageous interpretations of traditional French garb, such as bright red berets and eye-catching trench coats. Collins appeared on Good Morning America in New York City ahead of the season three premiere, and she wore one of her greatest off-screen French-inspired ensembles to date.
Collins wore a structured strapless dress by Fendi, an overcoat made of sandy wool, and a black turtleneck beneath. The sleek, simple lines of the ensemble perfectly encapsulate the essence of French style: being put-together without trying too hard. Her understated accessories, such as a tiny top-handle purse, patent platforms, and translucent tights, completely enhanced the ensemble.
