Katy Holmes was a star in New York City this week. The actress started the week off in a cheerful ensemble that is inspiring all of our office outfit ideas. She wore a shimmering sheer white netted top over a pastel yellow suit, complete with a sharp blazer and wide-leg slacks, and a matching white bralette.

With beige suede pointed-toe shoes and a mossy green shoulder bag by Savette, Holmes retained the powdery tones. She contrasted the warm colors with a silver nose ring and a pair of drop earrings with blue and silver stones.

The actress wore minimal makeup, a soft pink lip, and loose curls as usual, keeping her glitz to a minimum.

In addition to acting in the movie Rare Objects, Holmes also directed, produced, and co-wrote it. She is currently preparing for its release. She claims that the movie is “about friendship, resiliency, truth, and beauty,” and on April 14 it will make its theatrical and streaming debuts.
