The trend of wearing earthy colors as the leaves begin to change is nothing new, but Emily Ratajkowski has elevated autumnal dressing by donning brown pieces with a leaf print.
The model wore slinky mesh pieces by the London-based brand KNWLS to the US Open women’s singles quarterfinal match. The outfit included a long-sleeve shirt and the iconic Halcyon leggings, which were patterned with a leaf motif. EmRata accessorized her clothes with pointed boots and a chic black shoulder purse.
Ratajkowski is the most recent celebrity to fall for KNWLS’s seductive creations. For her 21st birthday on September 3, Kaia Gerber wore the checkered Halcyon leggings. Dua Lipa likes the spiky Razr purse. Hailey Bieber has been spotted wearing the brand’s flippy skirt. Rihanna once wore a cat-print minidress while expecting.
After taking a break for autumn/winter 2022, Charlotte Knowles and her collaborator Alexandre Arsenault, the creative team of KNWLS, are back on track for London Fashion Week. They were recently given the XLNC grant, a new program that Lulu Kennedy and Fashion East’s head of projects, Raphaelle Moore, launched in partnership with Ugg, and which will support KNWLS’s ongoing projects and the spring/summer 2023 showcase. They are graduates of Lulu Kennedy’s ground-breaking program Fashion East.
