Dua Lipa’s Oversized Leather Co-ord Set May Be The Singer’s Most Original Yet

The “big shirt, big pants” craze has caught on with Dua Lipa.

The “Sweetest Pie” singer posted pics of her huge dress she wore while touring Amsterdam on Instagram.

In the photos, Lipa is dressed in all-black leather, featuring a vest with a collar and buttons, as well as loose pants with side draping features. The clothing is from Burberry’s spring 2023 collection. As she walks about the city with a similar black leather trench coat and Miu Miu’s black lace-up combat boots, she completes the ensemble.

Fans like Lipa’s creative spins on popular street style trends, whether she’s wearing abstract halter tops or plunging bodysuits with Y2K-inspired inspiration.

In a 2018 interview with Refinery29, the pop diva was candid about examining her individual sense of style both on and off the stage.

“I’ve never really wanted to put myself in a box and say, This is my style and these are my style staples. I love to experiment and play around,” she said at the time. “It’s kind of like music: The sound doesn’t just include the face of the artist. And the artist should wear the clothes, not the other way around. Fashion can’t be forced.”

She added, “Everyone is allowed to wear whatever the fuck they want, and it’s so important that they do. This is the way we move forward in the world. We have to break the norms. If women wearing womenswear is deemed normal, women wearing menswear should be normal, too.”
