It is well known that Dua Lipa enjoys wearing outfits that reference vintage fashion trends, and with her most recent ensemble, she appears to have discovered her style.
As she explored Waiheke Island in New Zealand, the “Levitating” singer posted images of her costume on Instagram. The excursion, which took place during a brief break in her Future Nostalgia Tour, featured a yacht ride, oysters, a visit to a vineyard, and a ton of fashionable items.
“Perfect day on Waiheke Island 🦋☁️ ,” the singer captioned the post. “Auckland i’m so excited to see you tomorrow night for our back 2 back shows as the #FutureNostalgiaTour continues!!!! 🇳🇿”
Her go-to dress for the voyage? Crochet separates from Proenza Schouler’s spring/summer 2023 collection, embellished with beads on the cardigan’s lapel and the flared pants’ hemline. Dua accessorized with shimmering gold crescent moon necklace by Marine Serre as a sort of belly chain that was wrapped around her waist and other jewelry by Alan Crocetti, a slouchy Givenchy G-Hobo purse.
Lipa chose amber-framed retro shades by Lu Goldie for an extra-’70s look. Strappy black sandals, gold statement earrings, massive gold rings, and other accessories completed the look.
Dua celebrated the spooky season with more images from her recent travels, which showed the star meditating and posing with GCDS creative director Giuliano Calza. Other celebrities were eagerly sharing photos of their Halloween attire. Dua, on the other hand, had her own fashion moment: in one Instagram post, she is seen wearing fuzzy boots from Ancuta Sarca with a breezy Jil Sander outfit.
