Daisy Edgar-Jones is adopting a more conventional approach to holiday clothing, when other celebs grab for sequins and dazzle at this time of year. She looked elegant as ever on Tuesday as she attended the St James Church Christmas Carol Service in London.

The actor arrived for the carol service wearing a Miu Miu virgin wool blue and green tartan coat. She enhanced her lovely appearance with patent T-bar Mary-Jane shoes.

Daisy’s checkered coat, which had a velvet collar, pockets, and belted waist, made her appear like a holiday movie character. The Princess of Wales’ Miu Miu coat from Christmas Day 2017 at Sandringham Estate, which also had a stylish velvet trim and gold buttons, was identical in design to this one.

This season, Jodie Turner-Smith is another advocate for tartan. She donned Alessandro Michele’s modern interpretation of the pattern earlier this month. It had a double-breasted jacket and straight-leg pants and was accessorized with a fuzzy coat in an animal design from his Gucci autumn/winter 2022 collection, Lycra gloves, patent heels, and a little 1947 bag.
