Anya Taylor-Joy has returned with yet another stunning red carpet ensemble. The actress appeared at the 80th Golden Globe Awards in a cheerful yellow two-piece ensemble by Dior that included a wrap sheath skirt and an ab-baring bandeau with a large bow knotted at the back. With jewels from Tiffany & Co., she completed the outfit.
She matched her glamorous ensemble with a glittering gold manicure and twisted part of her long platinum-blonde hair back.
The Menu, the thriller directed by Mark Mylod about a group of elites visiting an exclusive restaurant on a secluded island, featured Taylor-Joy as Margot, and she was nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for her role.
During a November 2022 interview with IndieWire, the actress discussed the distinctive filming experience on the set of The Menu.

“[The director] Mark [Mylod] wanted us to stay, I’m going to say ‘on stage,’ and in character all the time, because the camera was just moving around, so we were constantly improvising,” Taylor-Joy said. “Usually if there’s a close-up on somebody else, you’ll go and rest or I’d read, just something that will replenish your energy. But on this one, we all just stayed. Everyone just stayed and enjoyed having front-row seats to brilliant performances. Each table is its own little microcosm and world.”
Talking about her character, she added, “I just love the way that Margot lives her life. I think she’s so comfortable in her own skin and I haven’t played a lot of characters like that, so to be the one to call B.S. on the whole thing was pretty fun.”
