Sha’Carri Richardson added a sporty twist to traditional corsetry, combining athleticism with glamour at the men’s basketball final of the 2024 Paris Olympics, proving her unique style and confidence.
The track and field star, who won her first Olympic gold medal, wore a custom Nike Dunks top by FriskMeGood designer Cierra Boyd (styled by Stylists Sankara Turé and Khalilah Beavers). She paired the corset with a denim workwear set, including a cropped jacket and carpenter pants, and a red Louis Vuitton speedy by Pharrell Williams.
Richardson’s nails also made a bold statement at the 2024 Games. Changing several times prior, this fiercely new set featured black and orange tips that resembled the striking pattern of a tiger. This bold choice added an edgy touch to her overall look, perfectly complementing her performance on the track.
