Several firsts for the royal family are being celebrated at Christmas in Sandringham, including the first Christmas without Queen Elizabeth and the first for King Charles since he got to the throne. The Wales family (formerly the Cambridges) have celebrated at Amner Hall, their Norfolk home, for the previous two years.

Since assuming her new title, Princess Kate has celebrated Christmas, and the royal family has resumed its traditional Christmas day activities.

Along with her husband Prince William, Princess Charlotte, Princes George, and Louis, the Princess of Wales arrived at the St. Mary Magdalene chapel on the Sandringham estate on Sunday. For the Christmas event, Middleton opted for a sleek, traditional look, donning an olive-green coat dress by Alexander McQueen with four front pockets and a mock collar. She wore a green suede fedora with a matching brim that had a multi-strand bow and a sleek feather, along with brown suede heeled boots, black gloves, and the midi-length coat.
