Penelope Cruz graced the Louvre’s glass pyramid at a Paris party to celebrate the museum’s collaboration with Lancôme for a limited-edition makeup collection, Lancôme x Louvre.
Attended by the likes of Kelly Rowland, Amanda Seyfried, and Isabella Rossellini, Lancôme identified nine sculptures that symbolize self-confidence and beauty, inspiring women today. These sculptures include “Venus de Milo,” “Victory of Samothrace,” “Corine,” “Diana of Gabii,” “Nymph with the Scorpio,” “Echo,” “Hygie,” “Hermaphrodite,” and “Venus d’Arles.” For actress Penelope Cruz, the star ensured all eyes were on her in a sheer jumpsuit.
Cruz wore a black off-the-shoulder sheer lace bodysuit from Giambattista Valli’s autumn/winter 2023 couture collection, adorned with sequin embellishments, a black bow across the chest, and a billowing satin train cascading from the hips. She paired it with black velvet Christian Louboutin platforms, a black satin clutch bag with a silver buckle detail, and diamond drop earrings.
True to form, Penélope Cruz has previously walked the red carpet in a similar long black lace dress by Ralph & Russo at the Golden Globes in 2018.
