Rihanna and Asap Rocky have maintained a pretty low profile ever since becoming parents to a baby boy. They haven’t posted a picture of their son or his name online, nor have they taken any photos of him. Now that Rih is making public appearances once more, We can rejoice knowing that she is doing so while dressed in casual yet stylish sportswear.
Since having a baby, she’s started donning Martine Rose’s paneled, electric-blue coat, which is big and baggy for optimal comfort. For those who don’t know – Martine Rose, a designer with roots in London, is responsible for many of the track tops, jackets, knits, knitwear, and football shirts the celebrity has sported over the years. Rih liked to pair low waistbands with crop tops to show off her developing bump, so the designer’s relaxed-fit, low-rise jeans were ideal for her during her pregnancy.
While on a shopping trip in Manharttan NewYork, Rih was spied sporting the martine rose clothing (paneled, electric blue clothing), along with Adidas Sambas, three-stripe short-shorts, a yellow t-shirt, and a baseball cap with the name of her partner A$AP Rocky’s creative agency, AWGE.
The Umbrella hitmaker left the store with a water bottle and a black tote bag with a picture of a baby on the front.
A$AP Rocky trailed after in a mostly purple ensemble that included an SECCMA sweatshirt and a set of pastel Adidas sweatpants.
For daytime trips, the always fashionable star prefers an athletic style, but for nighttime events, Rihanna consistently amps up the elegance. A conical bustier in black satin from Lotta Volkova’s most recent Jean Paul Gaultier collaboration was chosen by Rihanna for a recent mom-and-dad date night with A$AP. Stretchy leggings, shoes, a leather coat, a Dior Saddle bag, and her outfit all went well with the bralette.
