Ayra Starr is having the time of her life.
The Rush crooner recently went out in an alluring party costume that evoked the early 2000s. Her cowl-necked, hooded top in orange hue, which was evocative of Kylie Jenner’s dazzling party look, stood out in particular.
Ayra ditched a pair of pants for a matching micro mini skirt. Thanks to the Y2k movement, micro mini’s have literally taken over the fashion world.
For glam, the music star opted for a sultry yet subtle smoky eye and glossy lip. She also wore her hair in a bun under the top’s hood.
Sharing photos of the jaw-dropping ensemble on Instagram, she wrote in the caption, “The audacity !🤱🏾”
The micro-mini initially made a comeback in the Miu Miu S/S 2022 line. Cropped white button-down shirts and blue sweaters were worn by models with miniskirts that were just wider than the belts holding them up as they strutted down the runway. Since then, the Miu Miu aesthetic has developed a distinct celebrity status. Nicole Kidman, Paloma Elsesser, and Zendaya all wore it for Vanity Fair, I-D, and Interview Magazine, respectively.
It would be simpler at this point to make a list of the celebrities who haven’t sported a Miu Miu micro-mini. Several other celebrities, including Hailey Bieber, Hunter Schafer, Emily Ratajkowski, and Kiernan Shipka, have been photographed wearing the ensemble lately.
