Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, and Emily Blunt, co-stars from Devil Wears Prada, stole the show at the 2024 SAG Awards. They reunited to present the Best Male Actor in a Comedy Series category, showcasing their talent and prompted major feelings of nostalgia with their iconic line from their 2006 film.
Hathaway wore a dress from Atelier Versace’s Spring/Summer 2015 couture collection, resembling her character Andy Sachs. The gown featured an off-the-shoulder design, a plunging V-neckline, structured cups, a wide built-in belt with a marble buckle, and a trailing trumpet skirt in a rich blue shade. As per Erin Walsh, Hathaway’s stylist the rich blue hue of her frock was inspired by a famous scene in the film, where Miranda lectures Andy about the historical significance of cerulean.
Hathaway paired the look with metallic chrome stilettos, a geometric strap, and a gray-and-white snakeskin clutch. The serpent theme was further enhanced with a sparkling diamond-encrusted necklace, matching ring, and diamond earrings. She looked radiant in a soft rosy blush and muted red lips, and styled her brown hair in soft waves.
Not left out, Meryl Streep donned a burgundy gown with sparkly swirl motifs by Prada, while Oppenheimer star Blunt wore a custom Louis Vuitton gown with a trailing skirt and a daring neckline, showcasing her fiery character, Emily Charlton.
