Lana Del Rey made her grand return to the Met Gala since her 2018 attendance. She wowed everyone with her stunning and mysterious fashion style, which had a touch of romance to it. She confidently walked up the steps of the Met in a unique outfit designed by Seán McGirr from Alexander McQueen.

Del Rey wore astunning Alexander McQueen look, hand-embroidered with hammered bronze-bullion hawthorn branches, inspired by Swiss artist Alberto Giacometti’s sculptures. The corseted dress was made of silk, double georgette, and tulle, with a special headpiece made from natural hawthorn branches and a sheer tulle veil that flowed from her head, shoulders, to her torso. Del Rey also wore a bronze metal Drop bag with a clock detail, showcasing the savoir-faire of the atelier.

This was a significant moment for Lana as it marked her first appearance at the event in three years. Del Rey attended Heavenly Bodies themed 2018 Met Gala for the third time, wearing a custom Gucci look. The dress featured a cream dress with gold accents, a sacred heart chest plate, and an ombré blue headpiece with wings. In 2012, Del Rey wore a sleek Altuzarra look in a metallic silver gown with a sweetheart neckline and black cape.
