Known for her restrained silhouettes, Jennifer Lawrence’s latest sartorial choice exuded sophistication while staying true to her minimalist ethos as she graced the red carpet in New York City.
At the GLAAD Media Awards, the actor wore a monochromatic Alaïa dress. The halterneck gown featured a strikingly high slit, a ruched waist and flowing skirt. The dress’s back was equally revealing with cutouts on both sides. To complete her look, she chose leek black leather Maison Ernest sandals, a quilted Dior clutch bag with gold hardware accents and Jennifer Meyer jewellery.
Honoring her friend Orville Peck, the actor praised the musician, who received the Vito Russo Award, and joked about her own love for top-performing individuals. “I love seeing so many humans who can top their field while still being power bottoms.”
