Jenna Ortega and stylist Enrique Melendez have revamped her press tour with a gothic wardrobe that fuses her personal style and the original film. During a London photo call, Ortega wore an oversize blazer from McQueen’s Resort 2025 collection as a minidress, referencing the wedding tuxedo worn by Michael Keaton’s title character.
Ortega came dressed in an Alexander McQueen Resort 2025 jacket akin to Keaton’s burgundy suit from the 1998 film’s wedding scene. The ’80s-inspired jacket featured padded shoulders and red notched lapels, styled by Ortega and Melendez for a modern twist. Paired with Calzedonia red tights and matching Le Silla platform heels, the look was accessorized with Alison Lou’s jewelry, including a gothic diamond ring, a ruby brooch, a tennis necklace, and dark red emerald-cut earrings. A peek of an oxblood satin handkerchief and sheer ruffled burgundy bra added a final touch under the blazer.She did complete the rouge color scheme with brick red lipstick, and her hair swept back in a low ponytail with wispy bangs.
This comes after Jenna wore a custom two-toned gown by Harris Reed at Cineworld Leicester Square in London. The teal and black velvet gown featured a strapless bodice, laced back, 3D cups, and finlike waist pieces. Paired with inky opera gloves, silver rings, and black and white beehive earrings.
