Hunter Schafer has successfully transitioned into a Hollywood actor and has risen to prominence in the past year. She is known for her impeccable sense of style and fashion-forward choices. And her look for the GQ creativity award exemplified this.
The Euphoria star was seen at the 2024 GQ Creativity Awards in a Marni gown inspired by Vincent van Gogh’s Starry Night. A very strinking resemblance –the dress featured thick brushstrokes in indigo and azure, resembling a night sky, with eggshell and buttery yellow spots representing glowing orbs, reminiscent of the stars in van Gogh’s iconic painting. Styled by the brilliant Dara Allen, the dress is textured and appears to have been painted onto the fabric. It also included a plunging neckline, a body-hugging silhouette that transforms into a column skirt, and a deep V shape back to mirror the front. Pointy flats and diamond drop earrings, completed the look.
Schafer was honored at the second edition of GQ magazine’s awards alongside Lewis Hamilton, comedian Danny McBride, Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross, and actor JB Smoove for being a “paradigm of what drives cultural influence in 2024.”
