Just last month, Gigi Hadid delivered an all-black look at Paris Fashion Week that would make Monica Bellucci proud. Now, back in NYC, she has effortlessly infused the paisian flair into a surprising wardrobe piece: the capri pants.
Spotted at BFF Leah McCarthy’s birthday party in New York, Gigi chose a slim-fit capri pant, popular in the late ’50s and early ’60s. The high-rise denim capri from Jacquemus had an acid-wash appearance and was literally the centerpiece of the look.
For a minimalist feel, Gigi paired it with a black tank top, a black leather belt, pointed-toe mules, and black micro-shades. She completed the outfit with a black leather crossbody bag, gold earrings, a Child of Wild necklace, and a J’aime diamond peace sign necklace.
