Dua Lipa dominated the Met Gala red carpet last night in a black and white Chanel tweed ballgown. After leaving the red carpet, Dua changed into a black transparent, lace, spring/summer 1995 dress that Stephanie Seymour had previously worn. She raised the bar this time for the after-parties in a cycle shorts and pearl-embellished shoes ensemble – a ’90s inspiration that comes highly recommended a pop star.
Lipa wore an athletic black co-ord set from Chanel’s spring/summer 2022 collection, which included of a sports bra top and semi-sheer, textured biker shorts, over strings of large vintage pearl and chain Chanel necklaces, some of which had the French fashion house’s name and emblem on them. She wore black pumps with pearls on the heels and black transparent tights with the “CC” insignia.
The look was party ready with the bold accessories added to her look, including gloves, cuffs, earrings, sunglasses, and a Chanel belt.
