Celine Dion made her red-carpet return on Monday night at the New York City premiere of her new documentary, I Am: Celine Dion. In 2022, Celine Dion called off her 2023 European tour citing health issues, and later revealed she was diagnosed with a rare neurological condition known as “stiff person syndrome.”
Now for the premiere,Dion walked the red carpet at Alice Tully Hall in an immaculate wgite ensemble that consisted of a white long-sleeved button-down with a pussy bow necktie and a white column skirt. She paired the outfit with a thin crystal-bedazzled belt, pearl and silver bracelets, and pearl stud earrings, keeping the rest minimal.
The documentary, directed by Irene Taylor Brodsky, follows Céline Dion’s journey of illness, focusing on her fight against spasms. The trailer shows her natural, without makeup appearance. SPS causes painful muscle spasms and increased sensitivity to noise, touch, and emotional distress, making it difficult to complete everyday tasks like walking and moving. The film will be released on Amazon Prime Video on June 25.
