Cate Blanchett is once again reinventing the concept of “spooning” for the premiere of Disclaimer at the Toronto Film Festival, where she dazzled in a sustainable two-piece suit crafted from the same viral spoon top.
Styled by Elizabeth Stewart, the actress’s one-of-a-kind ensemble from Hodakova was a showstopper, featuring a daring plunging black jacket paired with matching pants. However, the true allure of Blanchett’s look lay in the intricate details. The outfit was adorned with vintage silver spoons, carefully removed from her Borderlands halter top and artfully attached to the hemline of her blazer, adding a touch of whimsical charm.

Designed by Swedish designer Hodakova, the look was inspired by a Swedish country-themed halter top. Back then, she paired it with tapered dress pants and black Paul Andrew shoes to a screening of Borderlands in Los Angeles. Hours later, Hodakova won the prestigious LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers, receiving 400,000 euros and a year of mentorship from luxury conglomerate LVMH, home to brands like Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Givenchy.
Following her stunning rewear of Hodakova, she slipped into a jaw-dropping custom Louis Vuitton ensemble. The outfit boasted a metallic bodice with a plunging neckline and a show-stopping maxi skirt. Completing her look with Louis Vuitton high jewelry and a sleek blonde bob.
