Lively wore a Chanel pre-fall 2022 black structured tweed jacket and miniskirt. The jacket had clasps over the bust, a revealing cut down the center, and a jagged hemline in silver sequins. Blake paired it with Christian Louboutin pumps, sheer black accessories (that included tights and Paula Rowan gloves,) a silver necklace, and blue earrings, completing the look with a striking ensemble.
