What better way to welcome spring than with a flowery dress? This week, Blake LIvely attended the 2023 Barnard Annual Gala in a Carolina Herrera sundress from fall/winter 2023 collection.
With an A line silhouette, the dress had an off-shouldered bodice floral motifs in multicolored hues. The actress complemented her festive ensemble with hot pink shoes studded with blue diamonds at the front, glittering light blue crystal drop earrings, and a variety of colorful rings, including a heart-shaped pink crystal piece. For glam, Lively donned a wavy half-up, half-down hairstyle and kept her makeup pink and natural for the evening, accentuating just her eyes with black eyeliner.
Maryam Banikarim and Andrew Lerner, Teresa and Jone Chen, and Serena and Shawn Levy were recognized at the Barnard gala. Lydia Fenet conducted the live auction, which raised cash for future students, while Lively chaired the prize presentation. Nearly half of Barnard’s student population receives financial aid, and the College’s capacity to educate courageous, intelligent women regardless of financial means is critical to its purpose.
