The Cannes Film Festival returns to the French Riviera to honor the finest in world cinema, and celebs are dressed to the nines in extravagant attire. It takes place from Tuesday, May 16 through Saturday, May 27 for the 76th time. Scarlett Johansson, Elle Fanning, Natalie Portman, Cate Blanchett and more are expected to promote their upcoming projects. Expect to see a lot of custom-made and vintage pieces on the red-carpet. Elle Fanning wore an exquisite custom Alexander McQueen gown to the Jeanne du Barry premiere and Grand Opening. For the Monster premiere, Gemma Chan and Viola Davis both donned white dresses.
