An all-star gala was held to celebrate the public opening of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures last year. The organization staged its second annual gala this past weekend, which was sponsored by Rolex and honored notables like media magnate Miky Lee, filmmaker Steve McQueen, and actors Tilda Swinton and Julia Roberts. The gala’s status as Hollywood’s biggest fall party was cemented by the red carpet, which featured several designs straight off the Fashion Month runways.
