While touring the Caribbean in March, The Princess of Wales made her first step into the world of vintage, choosing a number of pre-owned items. A Chanel tweed jacket in cobalt blue from 1995 served as the royal’s greatest vintage outfit to date when she appeared in public on the 13th, though.
With classic Chanel, you can’t go wrong. For a visit to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London, the Princess paired the double-breasted jacket—originally worn down the runway by ’90s star Claudia Schiffer—with a pair of black tailored slacks and matching suede shoes. It is Kate’s workplace attire at its best—understated yet stylish.
