Florence Pugh, who plays Princess Irulan in the Dune 2 film called on Standing Ground for stunning fashion piece at a fan event in Mexico City.
Founded by Irish designer Michael Stewart, Pugh went with a jersey dress from the London label’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection. The dress has an asymmetrical ruching accent on the skirt that falls to the floor, and a faux turtleneck bodice. On the thigh, the ivory fabric is gathered into a structure like a web. Pugh upped the ante with a twisted bracelet, silver rings, and Shaun Leane’s drop earrings.
Pugh’s Dune 2 wardrobe though, seems to be an accretion of white hue pieces. Back in December, Pugh Florence wore a white dishevelled Di Petsa slip, strung together with lace-up panel to the movie’s promotion at CCXP comic convention in Brazil. An for Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Pugh wore an ivory corseted midi dress with a woven cord bodice from Galvan, paired with satin white Louboutin pumps, a flowy black robe, Miu Miu sunglasses, and silver hoop earrings.

Then came another ivory set by the London-based label Galvan with diamond-shaped mirrors and a translucent fabric skirt which she wore to the promotional event for Dune: Part Two in Mexico City.
