Rihanna Makes Couture Week Her Own Personal Runway

Its fashion week and y’all know Rihanna is that girl to look out for. The “Diamonds” singer generates a significant excitement in celebrity front-row visits, delivering jaw-dropping looks even in her more subdued appearances.

The Fenty mogul, attended Dior’s haute couture spring/summer 2024 event in Paris. She wore a black brocade puffer jacket with a cinched waist and exaggerated lapels, a contemporary version of the brand’s iconic Bar jacket. Rihanna paired the look with an oversized black cap, black leather opera gloves, a black leather Lady Dior bag, and white ankle-strap pumps. She also wore eye-watering diamond jewellery. And then, there’s the draped Saint Laurent look from thier FW2023 collection complete with black pumps.

Tapping into the mob wife fad, Riri met with France’s president, Emmanuel Macron, wearing a black Saint Laurent ensemble. She wore a draped black top, miniskirt, belted leather jacket, and styled her blonde hair in a lob.

Rihanna wore a custom Saint Laurent dress, adorned with ruched fabric and a mesh strapless bra from Savage X Fenty. She paired it with an oval-cut diamond choker from Messika and a velvet saddlebag from Dior. The vintage Vivienne Westwood coat, from the designer’s Fall/Winter 1992 collection, was a standout piece, featuring fur trim on the sleeves and collar.

Rihanna also wore a vintage bodycon dress from John Galliano’s Fall/Winter 1999 line, paired with tortoiseshell sunglasses from Gucci and a crystal GG logo pattern. She paired the dress with croc-embossed strappy Tom Ford padlock pumps with golden heels and a cozy brown fur coat. The dress featured an oversize hoodie and collar, matching the material of the cuffs and hem of the skirt. Rihanna was spotted out and about with partner A$AP Rocky and their children.

This is a significant return for Riri in 2024. Last year ended with her launch event for FENTY x PUMA collection wearing a purple jacket, jeans, and a white T-shirt.
