Julia Fox has made some appropriately daring selections while attending the autumn/winter 2023 shows. Fox’s fashion week attire has never been anything less than stunning, whether it’s an ultra-sheer Willy Chavarria football jersey in New York or low-rise, hip-skimming joots by Diesel in Milan. And for Paris? She provided another another outrageous fashion display to add to her collection.
Although you may be familiar with the belted dress, Fox’s most recent appearance gives the phrase a completely new meaning. She wore a dramatic black leather minidress from the emerging Swedish brand Hodakova to Paris on Thursday. The dress was expertly made from numerous recycled belts that were sewn vertically together. Julia completed her look with a black leather small purse, black leather pumps, and a trench coat with silver hardware elements.
The actress showed off a penchant for belts in Milan last month, creating entire outfits with the typically waist-cinching garment. Using belts in a variety of textures and hues, including distressed olive green, brilliant red leather, metallic silver, glossy black, and a graphic print of a mouth spread wide, she previously dressed stacks of belts as a bandeau top and micro miniskirt. She donned a low-rise miniskirt made of many brown leather belts that were stitched together for another outing, along with a white leather jacket and thigh-high denim boots.
