Pharrell Williams’s debut collection as creative director at Louis Vuitton was perhaps the most talked-about menswear show of the season. A-list stars like Zendaya, Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, Jared Leto, and Kim Kardashian were all in attendance for the spring/summer 2024 collection. And like every other fashion soiree, the guests definitely raised the bar all dressed in the latest LV’s.
Zendaya sported a dazzling ensemble from Louis Vuitton’s Cruise 2024 collection, designed by womenswear creative director Nicolas Ghesquière, featuring of a button-up collared shirt and flared pants. She paired the look with a black leather Capucine handbag and brown patent leather pumps. Bulgari jewelry, including gold, diamond, and sapphire pieces, enhanced the look.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z opted for a stylish affair, dressing in silky yellow ensembles and PJs. Beyoncé opted for a relaxed two-piece suit, accompanied by large shade sunglasses and a Vuitton bag. Jay-Z opted for a classic brown three-piece suit, paired with a crisp white shirt. Both celebrities opted for a chic and relaxed look, showcasing their unique style and versatility.
Kim Kardashian wore a new digitised camo print from the spring 2024 collection for the affair. She paired an athletic-style bra top with leggings and a fuzzy camo bum bag, a fashion-forward take on the retro bag.
The bag is hands-free and perfect for capturing content during the show. Sky-high PVC heels completed the outfit.
Then there’s Rihanna who opted for a revealing look at the Louis Vuitton show, wearing a new “damo-flage” print that combines the Damier motif with classic camouflage. She completed the look with a bejewelled beanie, that coordinated with A$AP Rocky’s.
The couple’s cute moment showcased their style together, proving that they’re better together.
After Virgil Abloh’s death, Pharrell took over Louis Vuitton, holding his inaugural spring/summer 2024 presentation on the Pont Neuf. He underlined Abloh’s history and took inspiration from his life, including current LV Damier motifs and a bridge connecting Virginia and Paris.
