Shakira Marks Album Release In Dazzling Black Minidress

Dubbed the “revenge album,”  Shakira returns with Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, her first new album since 2017’s Grammy-winning El Dorado. Shakira dressed up to celebrate the album’s release with her team, friends, and family in a statement-making outfit.

The velvet mini dres shad silver sequin designs and shining star design details. She paired it with black stiletto booties, diamond and gold chain-link earrings, a sculptural silver cuff, and various rings. Her hair was down in loose waves and she wore rosy makeup, including a milky pink lip.

Shakira’s latest album, released on digital streaming platforms on March 22, is her most personal LP to date. It delves into Colombian singer’s grief stages following her 2022 split from Gerard Piqué. The album features songs like “Última,” “Cómo Dónde y Cuándo,” and “La Fuerte,” featuring Bizarrap. The set includes collaborations with artists like Rauw Alejandro, Cardi B, and Grupo Frontera. The album also includes previously released songs like “Copa Vacía,” “Monotonía,” “El Jefe,” and “Acróstico” with her sons Milan and Sasha.
