Buckingham Palace has announced that King Charles III has been diagnosed with cancer, that was identified during a recent hospital procedure for benign prostate enlargement, although the type of cancer hasn’t been revealed.
King Charles , 75years has left Sandringham to travel to London, where he will immediately begin outine medical care as per a released statement. His public appearances have been rescheduled. The statement went on to say: “His Majesty has today commenced a schedule of regular treatments, during which time he has been advised by doctors to postpone public-facing duties. Throughout this period, His Majesty will continue to undertake State business and official paperwork as usual.”
The statement continued, “His Majesty has chosen to share his diagnosis to prevent speculation and in the hope it may assist public understanding for all those around the world who are affected by cancer.”
