Celebrities are the best at Halloween. They probably have glam squads, stylists, and big budgets to thank for that. Though the holiday started officially on the 31st celebrities had previously worn the amusing outfits in person and on Instagram. Parties took place, notably in The Standard’s Boom Boom Room in New York City, people dressed up with their families, and everyone had a blast.
