Doja Cat’s Makeup to the Billboard’s Awards Included a Reverse Liner

Doja Cat’s Billboard Music Awards look on Sunday night was all about drama, and that included her flawless makeup.

The “Woman” singer wore a sexy eye look with the same metallic colour as her gold nipple pasties and black corset dress. Doja’s makeup artist Ernesto Casillas opted for the reverse-eyeliner trend, putting Pat McGrath Labs Skin Fetish Sublime Skin Highlighter ($60) in Xtreme Gold on her bottom lash line and inner corners instead of the traditional approach across the lid. Casillas smoked up her lids with dark eyeshadow and Pat McGrath Labs Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner ($34). Celebrities such as Zendaya, Hailey Bieber and Camila Cabello have recently adopted the reverse eyeliner trend.

He followed the supermodel lip trend and lined her lips in a darker brown. Pat McGrath Labs Permagel Ultra Lip Pencil ($29) and Pat McGrath Labs SatinAllure Lipstick ($28) in Venusian Peach to complete the look. Casillas used The Ordinary products for the rest of her makeup look, which gave her a dewy, moisturized complexion. Hairstylist Jared Henderson styled the singer’s hair into a glossy high pony, while nail artist Saccia painted her nails metallic silver.
