Jennifer Lawrence is known for her timeless elegance, often relying on nude or natural lips for glitzy events. However, last year she stepped out with a bright red cherry lip at the 2023 Women’s Wear Daily Honors event in New York City.

JLaw opted for a classic bright red lip with a matte, creamy, and slightly overlined shade of Dior’s Rouge Dior Lipstick ($49). Her makeup artists, Hung Vanngo and Jian Qiao Lu, paired the shade with a minimal makeup look to highlight her cherry lips. Her complexion was even and matte, with light rosy blush on her cheeks. Her brows were sculpted and sat above a light brown eyeshadow, while her dark and full lashes brought out her blue eyes. Her honey blonde hair was parted down the middle and pulled back into a tight ponytail.
The dress was hemmed at the bottom and designed of thick suit material, with a drooping shoulder. She accessorized with geometric gold earring, a big bubble-shaped gold bangle, and pointy-toed heels in tan.
