Miley Cyrus, known for her unconventional hairstyles, wore a tribute to her godmother, Dolly Parton, at the Grammy Awards 2024, teasing her hair to lengths only she could match.
Despite her numerous outfit changes, her hair was the star of the show, inspired by a punk punk band from the ’70s. Cyrus also who won her first Grammy for Flowers, accentuated her gilded Margiela dress with a bold Barbarella bouffant and bronzer thanks to longtimr makeup artist, James Kaliardos.
Hairstylist Bob Recine brushed Cyrus’s locks up and back, while a single curl accentuated her cat eye and fluffy brows creating voluminous, swept-back blowout. Recine created a stunning red carpet look by applying Nexxus Epic Shine Anti-Humidity Spray and Nexxus Prep&Protect Heat Defense Spray to damp hair. He then applied XXL Volume Hairspray to create voluminous curls, and then added a few drops of Nexxus Repair and Nourish Hair Oil for extra shine and volume.
Miley also paired with a classic look using Pat McGrath Labs products. To create a goddess glow, she was pre-treated with Divine Skin: Rose 001 Essence and The Essence Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Primer. Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Foundation was applied for more coverage, followed by Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Concealer in shade light 4. Blush, lips, and eyeshadow were applied using Divine Blush: Legendary Glow Colour, which was used at the Maison Margiela Couture show.
Cyrus’s eyes were adorned with a soft golden glitter color, blending together with shades of Bridgerton Skintillating Diamond Body Shimmer in Golden Majesty and Mothership X: Moonlit Seduction in shade Astral Gold Lust. TJames Kaliardos used PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil in Nude Venus and MatteTrance Lipstick Heart’s Desire Edition in Honey Haze to create a look that matched her dress and Grammy awards.
