After recently debuting her Madewell collection, Chung hosted another exclusive dinner to celebrate the launch of the newest Barbour collection, ‘The Edit by Alexa Chung.Â
Joined by industry insiders like Simone Rocha, Jack Guiness, Nick Grimshaw, and Pixie Geldof. the model-writer rocked a longline Barbour trench in beige gabardine with tartan lining, cuffs, and a black pop collar. She paired it with a raspberry sequined mini dress for a chic, edgy look. Alexa finished off her outfit with black strappy heels for a night-club-meets-country-club vibe.
Unveiling her collaboration with British heritage brand Barbour, Alexa stepped into the role of creative director for the collaboration, infusing a touch of countryside elegance into the urban landscape. Given full creative freedom again, she drew inspiration from vintage styles and put a fresh spin on classic Barbour outerwear, clothing, and Wellington boots, including a baby-chick yellow cardi, oversized knitwear for her brother, and pared-back outerwear with tartan inners.
