We’ve seen a number of pantless looks over the past few years but not like Kristen Stewart’s. Incorporating the underwear-as-outerwear trend into her press tour wardrobe for the upcoming film Love Lies Bleeding, Stewart’s latest looks feature an equally evoking number of catwalk trends that indeed stay true to her signature aesthetic.
Styled by Tara Swennen, Stewart wore in a risqué outfit, exuded an ’80s vibe, perfectly suited to her role as a gym manager in her new movie. She wore a black and white stretch jersey baby tee, cashmere hot pants, black leg warmers, and a quilted vanity case from Chanel. Sleek burgundy Le Silla pumps and classic black Ray-Ban Wayfarer shades completed the look.
Another take on the pantless trend came in form of cable-knit cream briefs with brown trim. She paired her matching Brunello Cucinelli cream button-down with burgundy Le Silla point-toe pumps, Oliver Peoples sunglasses, and a quilted patent leather Chanel bag. Stewart’s open shirt revealed a wire-free bra and nude tights under her sweater briefs.
