The third season of The Mandalorian and the WandaVision offshoot series Agatha: Coven of Chaos both debut on Disney+. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania
In this follow-up to the original Ant-Man movies, Ant-Man returns. The Quantum Realm, a hidden dimension underneath their own, is where Scott Lang, his daughter Cassie, Hope, Janet, and Dr. Hank Pym find themselves this time. The fifth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will commence with this movie’s February release in cinemas.
The Mandalorian Season 3
The Mandalorian finally returns for season 3 in March. The next chapter details Din Djarin’s most recent exploits and, in the words of series star Giancarlo Esposito, expands the Mandalorian universe: The actor told Collider in a December 2022 interview,“I just think that the show gets more expanded and more visually profound with each season.”
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3
Peter Quill gathers the Guardians once more to defend the universe after Gamora’s death. This star-studded sequel features Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldaña, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan, Elizabeth Debicki, and more.
Secret Invasion
In this Disney+ miniseries, Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury battles the Skrulls, a race of shape-shifting aliens that have colonized Earth and invaded every area of human existence.
Loki Season 2
Coming to Disney+ in 2023
In 2023, Loki will be a part of the lineup of much awaited Marvel television programs. We do know that the series is scheduled for a summer 2023 release, despite the fact that most information concerning the sophomore season have been kept under wraps.
What If…? Season 2
Coming to Disney+ in 2023
A lot of Marvel Cinematic Universe scenes are reimagined in the second season of this animated Disney+ series. According to the streaming giant, season 2 boasts an equally impressive voice cast as season 1’s, which included Jeffrey Wright, Samuel L. Jackson, Lake Bell, Chadwick Boseman, Benedict Cumberbatch, and others.
Agatha: Coven of Chaos
In this WandaVision offshoot series, Agatha Harkness takes center stage. Wanda Maximoff’s next-door neighbor and the eponymous heroine, played by Kathryn Hahn, is a strong witch. Although Aubrey Plaza and Joe Locke from The White Lotus and Heartstopper respectively have joined the project, Marvel and Disney+ have yet to provide broad story specifics.
Echo
Maya Lopez will make a comeback with her own series, Echo, which is based on the events of Hawkeye and will follow her as she returns to her birthplace while still living in New York. If she wants to advance in her new life, she must finally accept her Native American heritage and find closure with her past. The series is slated to premiere in the summer of 2023 and will supposedly bring back Charlie Cox’s Daredevil and Vincent D’onofrio’s Kingpin.
The Marvels
Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, and Monica Rambeau’s Spectrum will team together to form the powerful trio The Marvels on July 28, 2023. It comes after the post-credits sequence from Ms. Marvel, in which Carol Danvers and Kamala Khan appear to have traded places. The Marvels will undoubtedly be a thrilling episode in Nia DaCosta’s Phase 5.
Ironheart
In the fall of 2023, Riri Williams’ Ironheart will have her own series after making her debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. In the comic books, Riri—played by Dominique Thorne—created her own Iron Man suit. She is an exceptionally talented engineer. She immediately gets along with Shuri, the new Black Panther and chief scientist of Wakanda, with whom she created the Ironheart Mark II armor, which is made entirely of vibranium. Riri and Shuri may need to create new armored suits in Ironheart because Riri was forced to abandon the Mark II in Wakanda.
Blade
The theatrical debut of Marvel’s new Blade reboot is set for September 6, 2024, following a number of development delays. At the conclusion of Eternals, Dane Whitman’s Black Knight and the vampire hunter Blade, starring Mahershala Ali, were teased. The next movie promises to show off the scarier side of the MCU, despite the fact that the 2022 SDCC panel didn’t provide many plot specifics. Yann Demange, who helmed the pilot episode of the now-cancelled Lovecraft Country series, will take over as director of Blade once Bassam Tariq steps down. This suggests that Blade will delve into the paranormal and perhaps even cosmic terror.
Captain America: New World Order
Sam Wilson will be more firmly established as the MCU’s future Captain America in Captain America: New World Order, which picks up where The Falcon and The Winter Soldier left off. Wilson will probably continue to struggle with the world’s continual change while wielding the legendary shield in the upcoming Captain America film, where he will probably be established as the Avengers’ new leader. Additionally, New World Order will mark Harrison Ford’s MCU debut as General “Thunderbolt” Ross, which has sparked rumors regarding Red Hulk’s prospective MCU cameo.
The title of the film could allude to Tim Blake Nelson’s portrayal of Samuel Sterns/The Leader making a comeback. Having said that, “New World Order” may also be a reference to the same-named villainous group led by the Red Skull. The fourth Captain America movie, directed by Julius Onah, will debut on May 3, 2024.
Daredevil: Born Again
Charlie Cox will reprise his role as the Man Without Fear in Daredevil: Born Again, which will premiere in the spring of 2024 and follow his first three Netflix seasons. Marvel Studios has been working to incorporate the character into the larger MCU before his own Disney+ series, with cameos in Spider-Man: No Way Home, the forthcoming She-Hulk, and Echo series.
Thunderbolts
Thunderbolts, which will release on July 26, 2024, will mark the end of MCU Phase 5. The Thunderbolts roster has been confirmed to include characters like Winter Soldier, Yelena Belova, U.S. Agent, Red Guardian, Abomination, Taskmaster, and Ghost – led by Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. This confirms several theories and teases that the MCU has been building toward its own team of antiheroes. Since Baron Zemo formed the original Marvel Comics team, the biggest puzzle about the roster is why he is not a member of Thunderbolts. However, as Thunderbolts is the final MCU Phase 5 feature film, the team will undoubtedly add additional antiheroes before making their Multiverse Saga appearance.
