Kimye is officially over.

After agreeing on how to divide the wealth from their dynasty and the terms of child custody, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finalized their divorce.

According to People, the rapper will pay $200,000 a month in child support and be responsible for covering half of the children’s costs for security, school, and health care. The four children, ages North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3, will ultimately be shared between the ex-couples in terms of both physical and legal custody.

West and Kardashian decided to take part in mediation in regards to problems involving the kids. In the absence of participation from either party, the other will automatically decide how to resolve the conflict.

In terms of real estate, the couple will divide their possessions in accordance with the terms of their prenuptial contract. Spousal support was renounced by each party. Nearly two years after the reality TV personality initially sought a divorce from the Grammy-winning musician, a settlement was reached. At the time, TMZ reported that Kardashian and West would not challenge their prenuptial agreement and that the divorce was “amicable.”

Kardashian discussed their changing relationship in an interview with WSJ Magazine in October 2021, mentioning West’s creative approach with her shapewear company, SKIMS. This was done months after they had split up.

“He has a piece of Skims himself and gives [the team] inspiration but also information. I think he enjoys the process,” she said. “He expressed that there were too many branding situations. He’s always super simple. I really wanted to condense my beauty brands. I wanted one place, one website, where everything can live.”

She later added, “Kanye will always be the most inspirational person to me.”
